Keith Heinrich has fallen on hard times, but atleast he's still fighting for a spot in the NFL. Best of luck to him!

--------------
The Dolphins signed veteran Keith Heinrich to compete with Jason Rader for the team's No. 3 tight end position behind Randy McMichael and Justin Peelle.

Heinrich, selected by Carolina out of Sam Houston State in the sixth round of the 2002 draft, has appeared in 18 games during four years for the Panthers and Browns and has nine career receptions for 65 yards. He missed last season because of a torn ACL in his right knee.

His signing makes it less likely that Miami would pursue converted tackle Kyle Turley, who had an audition last week.
