Saint Francis (PA) and Albany kicked off their Northeast Conference schedules by posting Week 2 wins. The Flash downed Bryant at home, while the Danes were triumphant on the road at Robert Morris. The NEC also picked up two significant non-conference victories courtesy of Monmouth and Duquesne.
