It also appears you were introduced to the local liquid delicacy our part of the world in known for. Kudos for the effort! Good to hear you had a great time and hope you have a safe trip back. Unless you're a student or shell out the big bucks for club seating, all the seats are nosebleed sections. It's the nature of the beast. Free home games means huge student turnout, but the paying customers get the leftovers.

That said, had I known Matt Cline was in the house, I quickly would have offered him my seat. Matt is one of my favorite players of all time for his work ethic and toughness.

I was referring more about Matt having to sit up there instead of with the team on the sidelines. But after speaking with him, he wants our current players to create their own identity, rather than living in his (I'm guessing).

Ah, that explains some of the problem. Once you have graduated and have a full-time career, you'll learn that Appalachian football is one of the least expensive awesome shows around. Plan now to give back to your alma mater in some fashion. It will make a huge difference to students like you.
