It looked like a challenging weekend when the schedule came out, with five out of six Patriot League teams on the road and three facing squads from top conferences in the Football Championship Subdivision. But the squads responded as four Patriot League teams scored wins on Saturday, including Lafayette pulling out a 17-14 victory at William & Mary.
