It was 1908, more than 80 years before Paul Ena was born -- and even a half-century before the birthdate of his father Tali Ena -- when the Eastern Washington University and Washington State University varsity squads last faced off on the football field. If only there was a time machine to enable the Eagle defensive end – Paul -- to play against the former Cougar running back – Tali -- this Saturday (Sept. 8) when the Eagles and Cougars clash at Martin Stadium in Pullman, Wash.
