2005: Played in all 12 games, primarily as a gunner on special teams...also appeared at cornerback...made four tackles and broke up a pair of passes against Colgate...recovered a fumble on a kick return in I-AA Playoff game at Appalachian State...had four solo stops in win over Richmond...credited with three tackles against Fordham and Columbia.

Brown stepped up hugh for the Kats last year and we could really use him to even top that performance the next two years. Never hurts to be strong at linebacker. I didn't realize he redshirted in 2004, thought he did in 2003...
