Eastern Kentucky was ranked 21st in the 2012 Preseason Football Championship Subdivision (FCS) Coaches Top 25 which was released on Thursday. Three others OVC schools, Jacksonville State, Murray State and Tennessee Tech, were among the others schools receiving votes and ranked just outside the Top 25.
