ORANGEBURG, SC—South Carolina State conducted its second preseason workout of the day, Friday evening at Oliver C. Dawson Stadium. The Bulldogs completed its last of two-a-day workout sessions of the week for about one hour and thirty minutes in helmets and shorts.
