NATCHITOCHES – Northwestern State senior John Shaughnessy has been included on another national award watch list as he is one of 44 players on the annual Fred Mitchell Award presented to the country's top collegiate kicker among more than 750 Division I FCS, Division II, Division III, NAIA and junior college teams.
