ST. LOUIS, Mo. - - South Dakota junior defensive end Tyler Starr has been named to the Missouri Valley Football Conference Preseason Team, the league announced on Thursday. Starr was one of five Coyotes to earn preseason recognition, as four South Dakota players were honorable mention selections.
