UNI is LOADED at running back....


I don't know why every assumes UNI takes Iowa cast offs....I can only think of 1 off the top of my head.


UNI runs a cleaner program than Iowa. Most Hawk players can't go a season without being in trouble with the police - UNI wants no part of that.


UNI suspended a likely starting TE for less than Iowa would even talk to a player about.

The tolerance for legal trouble is much greater at Iowa than it is at UNI. Iowa recently had three of it's new recruits in trouble with everything from drugs to burglary. I am willing to bet they will still be on the team. It typically takes a conviction for coach Ferentz (Iowa) to take notice. Sadly this is just the tip of the iceberg, as many are dismissed with a warning and have a nice night routine.
