Div II East Stroudsburg University, part of the Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference, has been ranked #2 by Street & Smith's preseason poll. Located on the norther rim of the Lehigh Valley, ESU has always had a great offensive attack and have one of the top D-II QB's returning in Terwillinger. I would dare say they would beat a fair number of lower-rung I-AA's this year, and give those in the middle a good game.

Terwilliger was the Harlon Hill winner last year, holds every PSAC passing record through his junior season and has his eye on most of the national records. A number of those were set by ESU's Damon Paolucci (sp?) 10 years ago.
