Yea, we heard about this last night (in Chicago here). He was voted the top coach in the Big 10 for the upcoming season. He was a good guy. They are going interim for this season, then going to search for a permenant coach.

As a Michigan fan I have a lot of respect for what Randy Walker was able to do at Northwestern. Very sad news indeed.

Very sad news - I have always followed the Wildcats since my Mom got her Masters from there.
