Three Missouri Valley Football Conference student-athletes represent the league on the 2012 Walter Payton Award Watch List. RB Shakir Bell (Indiana State), QB Kurt Hess (Youngstown State) and RB Jamaine Cook (Youngstown State) are among the 20 initial nominees.
