VERMILLION, S.D. - With the football season just around the corner, four University of South Dakota football student-athletes have been named to College Football Performance Awards Preseason Watch List as seniors Will Powell (WR) and Cole Zwiefelhofer (P), along with juniors Tyler Starr (LB) and Kevin Robb (K) were named to their respective position lists.
