Josh Thiel (Leesburg, VA/Heritage) of the Saint Francis University football team earned a spot on the College Football Performance Awards Place Kicker Watch List, Monday. Thiel enters his senior season as one of the top place kickers in school history. Thiel currently sits in the top five in school history in points, field goals made and field goals attempted. The senior from Leesburg, Va. set single-season school records in 2011 for field goals made and extra points. Thiel stands as the best long distance kicker in school history with three field goals of 45-yards or more.
