So here is one example, to get the ball rolling: team Montana beats team North Dakota:
http://www.inforum.com/event/article/id/364518/group/Sports/
And two of the OL on the North Dakota roster are going to NDSU this fall.
http://www.inforum.com/event/article/id/364446/group/Sports/
Other examples? I saw the Big 33 game was just on TV this weekend in OH-PA, though I have to think probably a lot of those kids are at least going to the MAC if not the Big Ten and other FBS leagues.

On a side note, the Montana-ND game needs to be scrapped.
High school football is entirely about numbers. Montana has more than ND. It's just simple statistics.
I'd like to see a ND-SD all-star game replace it. I'd also like to see a Minn-Iowa or a Minn-Wisc all-star game be developed. Right now Minn just has an inter-state all-star game that used to be the Metro vs. Out-State, which of course was a complete joke. At least now that's North v South.

Iowa's game is the Shrine Bowl. Sponsored by The Shriners. North vs South at Iowa States Jack Trice Stadium.

Well I'd love to see a Minn v Wisc game too...I just think the Minn players would have a little better odds against the Iowa team.

Here's another example: Arizona vs. So Cal.

NDSU has two players on the Arizona team.
I can't believe there aren't other examples of high school all-star games with FCS players on the rosters. Let's hear 'em!

Massachusetts has a Shriner's game too...basically North of Boston vs. South of Boston....I'll have to find this year's roster to see what future FCS players were involved.
ETA: here's the roster but it doesn't breakdown where they are headed unfortunately. I know Webber from Duxbury is going to HC.

Yeah I don't get it either. Most of the Big Montana schools are in the west, I imagine most of the big ND schools are in the East. Not sure what affinity any of them feel towards a "rivalry"

Copied and pasted from eGriz, so don't quote me on this, but from the same UM-ND game:
Bo Harris DL (Fairfeild)
Caleb Kidder OL/DL (Helena)
Ben Weyer OL (Bozeman)
Clint LaRowe OL (Miles City)
Daniel Morstein OL (Dillon)
Brady Gustafson QB (Billings)
Ryan Burke WR (Billings) (Game MVP)
Dylan Simic WR (Dillon)
I dunno about MSU; probably some of the other players

When PA played Maryland in the Big 33 game, the entire PA team was BCS bound, while the MD team was split I-A and I-AA/ The year I played in it, three of us were going to Towson. I saw that the starting ILB for PA is Towson bound. Pretty sweet.xnodx

Incoming Freshman QB Dakota Prukop will be playing in the Texas High School Coaches Association’s annual all-star football game. Two preferred walk-ons played in the Badlands Bowl and several will be playing in the Montana East-West Shrine Game

Nice. Thanks for posting that.
Comments:
- couple really sweet tackles by the north (blue) OL on interceptions. I love when big #79 rumbles down and slams that little basketball player down to the turf. Ha!
- Looks like Montana got a good one in #9 for the south (white) team, WR with two TD catches
- How about the tall #8 WR for the south? Montana have any chance at this kid? Looks maybe a little too tall and talented for FCS. Perhaps headed to Pac 12?

Another player going to Montana "The South's defensive line dominated, led by Eagle Point's Tyrone Holmes, who recorded 3.5 sacks and 7.5 total tackles."
