(San Diego, CA) - Patrick "Packy" Doyle (Chicago, IL) made the most of his three-day rookie minicamp tryout with the San Diego Chargers last month as he was rewarded with a three-year contract on Tuesday. Doyle becomes the only rookie from a local university on the Bolts' 90-man roster, and also becomes the first Torero to sign on with Chargers. He is listed as a hybrid fullback in the Chargers' official announcement.
