Former Illinois State wide receiver James Loughlin was one of 17 student-athletes who highlighted more than 300, who earned selection to the 2011-12 Missouri Valley Football Honor Roll, as announced by the league office Friday. Loughlin was one of 17 student-athletes that earned the league's highest academic achievement by capturing the Missouri Valley Football Conference President's Council Academic Excellence Award.
