Pierre Rembert returns as our feature back. In 2005 he led the team with 805 rushing yards, 12 TD's, and a 5.5 yd/carry avg.

He started 10 games after Brian Thompson, 609 yards, 6 TD's went down with a season ending injury.

Also returning is Rafael Rice, 348 yards rushing, 6 TD's who was the third back behind BT and Rembert last year. 3.7 yards per carry.

And just because we like to keep it in the family, his younger brother Cortez (recoveringy from broken ankle) is expected to assume Rafael's role as the 3rd back in the ISU three headed monster. Cortez in 3 games rushed for 238 yds, had 3 TD's and a 5.1 yard per carry avg.
