This group has the only new coach on the staff for the Raiders this upcoming season, Brad Dunlay. The chemistry between Dunlay and the big dogs seems to be pretty good so far; In fact, Dunlay wasted no time trying to get on the players' good sides. He has no problem criticizing and correcting a player when they do wrong, and he will do it with great passion. The lineman are working very hard to become accustomed to his new techniques. One of the main adjustments of note is that they now have a new hand placement approach when blocking defenders.
