For our second spring football spotlight, we are focusing on the defensive backs on "Raider Island." Defensive backs are often regarded as being the "personality" of a defense, and the Raider DB's have shown this to be true so far this spring. If you attend one of the practices, you are highly likely to hear one of the DB's yelling and screaming with excitement, and also letting an offensive player know that nothing will come easy for them (using a few more selective words). The Raiders' secondary was very young last year, but so far this spring you can definitely tell that they are beginning to become much more comfortable on the field, and it seems as if they have found their swagger.
