Youngstown State: Penguins Workout in WATTS to Start Final Week of Drills

The Youngstown State football team practiced in the WATTS on Monday afternoon. YSU had planned to practice outdoors but threatening weather hit at the start of the workout. The change of scenery was a welcomed change for everyone.
