ORANGEBURG,-SC—South Carolina State conducted its first full scrimmage Thursday evening, while completing its sixth of 15 schedule spring football workouts at Oliver C. Dawson. During the approximately two-hour and half session, the Bulldog first-team offense worked against the second-team defense, while the second-team offense went against the first-team defense, consisting of about 96-snaps.
