Right now the NFL is in desperate need of large reasonably fast guys who can play SAFTY in a cover two or drop down and cover the Tight-End bump and run on slants
Big guys (6'2" 200 plus) with experience that can run with Tight Ends are very EXPENSIVE and rare right now
There is indeed a bit of a shortage
So Trumaine will no doubt get a chance to play safety with somebody

Love this kid's size... Hopefully my Dallas Cowboys are looking at him... We actually need to draft a few DBs ...

I am wondering does the ability to take a taser like a man also factor into being a third round nfl pick
Sorry had to get a dig in somewhere, considering it takes our women's bball team three times to finally get a win against the griz this year (in any important sports)

He will need to learn how to tackle to play saftey. He would always go for the big blow last year. He hardly ever wrapped someone up...

Most had that problem. It was the most noticeable difference in Breske's stints at Montana. The lack of wrap up the last two years was probably not what any of the coaches wanted to see but after the big hit that got so much play in the 2009 semi final against App the fundamentals were widely set aside on that front. It probably won't happen like that in the NFL too much.
