One of the issues that comes up regarding Rhody's challenges is: "Team X in region/conference is spending a lot of money/fully funded".
So,are any teams winning in FCS or making play-offs that one would classify as not being fully-funded or being slighted in terms of spending?
Are there any?
Not looking for a bunch of negativity, but some examples of teams that do "more with less".
Thanks.

As in teams who have been successful at playing up with less...and consistently.
I almost included Duquense...and frankly, should have. The Dukes are pretty much there I think...and with full NEC allotment, will be really good year in and year out.

I've heard that in a small number of seasons, Wofford has only about 56-58 grant equivalents on the roster......don't know if that is still the case......

Anyone who has over 56 or so rides is just fine.
