The Furman Paladins' Sept. 16 football game against the North Carolina Tar Heels will be televised by ESPNU beginning at 7:00 p.m., it has been announced.

ESPNU is televising a I-AA vs I-A game? Nice! So, they going to put some more I-AA games on in an effort to entice me to get the sports package?

Hopefully, Furman will pop the Tar Babies the way it did the last time the Paladins came to Chapel Hill. 28-3 and it wasn't even that close.

You would think that Maine at BC on Sept.30 would be an attractive game to televise in the Northeast.

.....True, but it would be MUCH better than beating someone like Duke. At least UNC was competitive in its game with U of Miami last year.
