I got word he (after a rather interesting soap opera with new coach Charlie Weis) got his release today (apparently just broke on a station in Kansas) and could be looking to transfer. As a side note, new Liberty coach Turner Gill recruited him to Lawrence.

Charlie Weis is probably the most over rated coach in football history... this kid is better off leaving Kansas. Besides, Kansas is a **** hole in the middle of nowhere with terrible weather and if you aren't a hoops player you are a second class citizen there anyway.

You've got a great hoops program in Kansas, although they've been known to choke a few times in the NCAA's, but little more... but hey, at least Dorothy and Toto wanted to go there so all is good in fantasy land, right?
