Not my favorites either but they are only an alternate to be used once a year, not like we are changing our uniforms. Plus, the flash on that picture makes it look much brighter than it is. This is what they actually look like on the field:

What? Are you talking about road uni's or what's going on here? The NCAA can't dictate field colors so how can they tell you what color your jersey is? Again if it's on the road then even that rule has a work around if the home team and the conference give permission as long as the colors are contrasting.

Now that I think about it I'm sure you are just talking about road uni's cuz you never wear the white anywhere else but if your AD wanted they could ask for your road games and maybe get a couple of teams to reciprocate a favor.

It started when USC-UCLA went back to wearing red and blue uniforms and mutually agreed to both take a 1 timeout penalty. Can't remember when that game was, 2009? Anyway, it changed the next year.
