Great crowd for the Bearkats. Was that a record for them? Don't recall seeing them draw over 10,000 before.

Official attendance was 12,367 which is right around the max capacity with the band and all. It was enough to have people sitting on the hill which hasn't happened in a very long time.

Record was set against Alcorn State and Steve McNair in an ABC-regionally televised game in mid 1990s... was upwards of 16k, I believe.
