Well this is about what I expected. I was surprised by the fake field goal there at the end of the half. I say kick it and try to get within 4. The first possession of the 2nd half for GSU will show alot in how this game will go.

Observations from the first half:

NDSU is as good as I expected. The skill guys on defense are just as fast as y'all said.

Our defense is playing aggressive today. At times, too aggressive. I think Coach will make adjustments at half. He always does and is the MASTER of halftime adjustments.

We started off the game looking lost. We played timid and scared. We couldn't execute and were very sloppy. We fumbled the ball on a disgusting routine play. ****

Then the 2nd quarter came around and we apparently woke up and realized life wasn't so bad in South Canada and started playing ball.

On a side note, NDSU is blowing our blocks up. We can't block for crap today. NDSU is getting off blocks better than anyone, including #2 Bama, has all year.

We need to use the rocket toss more.

Passing looked good for both teams.
