Harvard: Former Football Coach Joe Restic Passes

Harvard University is saddened to report the passing of former head football coach Joe Restic. Joe passed on the evening of December 8 at Brigham & Women's Hospital, Boston. He was the husband of Marian "Bea" (Biedinger) Restic who passed away in 2008. He was 85.

Very sorry to hear that. Coach Restic and his Multiflex offense WERE Harvard football to me during my time there in the 70s. Nobody seemed to know quite what to expect. And that included his players on the field! RIP, Joe. Your '74 and '75 teams will never be forgotten!
