DES MOINES, Iowa--Drake kicker Billy Janssen has been named a 2011 finalist for the prestigious Fred Mitchell Award, given annually to the Football Championship Subdivision, Division II, Division III, NAIA or NJCAA placekicker that excels on the football field and in the community.
