Indiana State: Shakir Bell Named To AFCA FCS Coaches' All-America Team

Indiana State sophomore tailback Shakir Bell has been named to the American Football lt;br />Coaches Association All-America Team as announced today by the national organization. lt;br />Bell is one of just two sophomores to be named an All-American in 2011.
