Because GaSta's fans think their team is as good as ODU.

ODU has room to talk with their startup program. GaSta talked like they were going to dominate the FCS a couple of years ago and it got old quick.

90%+ of their fans are now pretty cool and realize the FCS is not a cakewalk.

I was reading some stuff in the AJC early in the year, just assumed they would be a higher seed than ODU? They're in ATLANTA and they play in THE DOME!
