Youngstown State: Hess, Cook Named First-Team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference

St. Louis, Mo. -- Youngstown State junior tailback Jamaine Cook and sophomore quarterback Kurt Hess have been named first-team All-Missouri Valley Football Conference for their performances during the 2011 season. The MVFC announced the all-league team on Monday.
