NORFOLK, Va. - Old Dominion football's Jonathan Plisco (Newport News, Va.) was named to the Capital One Academic All-District III Football Team by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA). The Monarch punter now advances to the national Academic All-America ballot.
