Scott Phaydavong has a chance to break the career Drake school rushing record this year. He currently has 3089 yards and needs another 1081 years to break it. He will then have his senior year to push it out farther.

In his first two years, he broke, then broke again the season rushing record at Drake.

I have a feeling a lot of school passing records will be shattered this year.;)

Adrian Peterson's records are safe. It may be a long time before anyone breaks his National records.

Steve Baylark has a chance to tie a record with rushing for 1000 yards this year. He would become only the 3rd player to have 4 1000 yard rushing seasons. Only Peterson(GSU) and Azumah(UNH) have done that.

Lex Hilliard is 1125 yards from breaking Montana's career rushing record. Barring injury he should break it.

David Ball needs 5 TD catches to break Jerry Rices all-time record for recieving TD's. He also only needs 6 more 100 yard recieving games to break Rices record for most 100 yard recieving game. I am not sure of this one but I think that he needs like 1400 recieving yards to pass Rice in career recieving yards. If he can stay healthy all three of those records are well within reach.

Don't forget Harvard's Clifton Dawson. He already has over 3600 career rushing yards and needs only 1008 yards this season to surpass Ed Marinaro's all-time Ivy rushing record of 4715 yards, set way back in 1971.

He will likely be the most feared player Lafayette goes up against this year.

I think I read something recently that said he needs about 1150 yds receiving to break Rice's record. It would be great if he could do it.

Put up some good numbers... Bruce really liked those slot receivers. Gonna piss you off, but I actually like Clyde better as a receiver.
