Tennessee Tech: Benford, Brown receive top OVC honors, nine named to all-OVC teams

Tim Benford was chosen as the Ohio Valley Conference Offensive Player of the Year, Watson Brown was voted the league's Coach of the Year, and Tennessee Tech had nine players named to the all-OVC teams, announced Tuesday.
