Villanova University freshman linebacker Dillon Lucas has been named the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) Defensive Rookie of the Year. The 6-0, 215 pound Medford, N.J., native started all 11 games and led the Wildcats with 92 total tackles, including 51 solo stops. He was also rewarded for his play this season by being named third team All-CAA.
