Damn shame. Whoever succeeds Wilson automatically gets the toughest recruiting job in the Ivies.

You cannot win there long term. Columbia will always have some very good players, but never enough very good players, and they will have some decent seasons, but eventually they always revert back to the bottom of the league.

I wish it was different.

Several players on the football team tried recruiting my brother his freshman year at Columbia, a couple years back. Big kid, linebacker size, but he's never played football. They certainly have some serious recruiting issues to contend with, especially considering the unsuccessful history of the program.
