UAlbany moved within one win of the NEC’s automatic bid to the NCAA FCS playoffs. The Great Danes used a second-half surge to move past Monmouth for a Week 11 win at the Jersey Shore.Duquesne jumped out to a 21-6 halftime lead and relied on a strong defensive effort to secure a 14-point win over NEC foe Sacred Heart at Campus Field in Fairfield, CT. The win enabled the Dukes (8-2, 6-1) to keep pace with Albany atop the Northeast Conference standings.
