Central Arkansas quarterback Nathan Dick, who threw for a career-high 457 yards Saturday in the Bears' 23-22 win over Texas State, was named the Southland Conference Offensive Player of the Week, the league office announced Monday. Additionally, Sam Houston State safety Darnell Taylor was named the conference defensive player of the week and Lamar wide receiver/kick returner Marcus Jackson was named the conference special teams player of the week.
