TOWSON, Md. – Kevin Decker (Armonk, N.Y.) threw for a touchdown, rushed for two more and accumulated 389 passing yards, but the seventh-ranked UNH football team was outscored 56-42 by 12th-ranked Towson in a CAA football shootout Saturday afternoon at Unitas Stadium.
